Vanguard Construction Solutions has extensive experience providing MTA tunnel inspections and tunnel monitoring. If a subway tunnel is located within 75’ of the influence zone of your construction project, the MTA requires the following:
- Tunnel Inspection
- Vibration Monitoring
- In some cases, Crack Gauge Monitoring and Horizontal and Vertical Control
The MTA does not permit remote monitoring during construction activity. Vanguard will provide your project with a professional, MTA Track Safety-certified technician to be on-site per MTA requirements.
